As we have documented before, we leave most of the Hot Wheels Chevelles on the pegs, with two exceptions: the '70 Chevelle Wagon and Jun Imai's '70 Chevelle SS. The Wagon because, well, it's a Wagon, and the SS for its unique Trans Am-meets-Japan design.
And boy the SS has looked good. Gulf, Edelbrook, Summit, as a Super, and as a Zamac.
It's had a good run, and that run continues into 2015:
It appears this is the first version without a licensed racing livery, but this one has a definite Trans Am feel to it. In fact, it kind of reminds us of Dan Gurney's AAR Cuda.
